Description: This is a rare and collectable Bowmore 1968 Islay single malt whisky from independent bottler Duncan Taylor. It was distilled in 1968, matured for 38 years in cask No. 3827 and then bottled in October 2006. A limited edition of only 148 bottles.
This is another one of Duncan Taylors excellent old Bowmores. These have all been very popular for two good reasons, the quality is fantastic and the cost is a fraction of the price of the distillery bottlings of a similar age. This is medium-bodied and wears its 38 years very gracefully.
