Description: This is a collectable Rare Malts Series distillery bottling of Blair Ahthol 27 year old Highland single malt whisky. The Rare Malts are now a discontinued series of cask strength whiskies released by Diageo to showcase some of the hidden treasures in their portfolio. This is a fine cask strength malt from a great, though little known, Highland distillery. It was distilled in 1975 then matured for 27 years then bottled in April 1973.
