Very sweet - fudge/toffee. Spices - nutmeg and liquorice. With water: Nose: Floral and perfume, hints of cedar wood. A slow build up sweetness - treacle and mulled fruits. Palate: Sweet and smoky, sherry notes with a touch of eucalyptus. Green, leafy flavour - gorse bushes. Body: Thick - cloying. Finish: Sherry and a little smokiness.
