That was called the Amrut The great founders of our Distillery optly named it Amut Distilleries. Amrut Single Malt Whisky is a product of 20 years research to produce Whiskies matching world standards. This Whisky is made from select Indian Barley grown up the feet of Himalayan matured by the water flowing there and cultivated by old & traditional agricultural practices. It is carefully mashed and distilled in small batches to preserve the natural aroma matured in oak barrels in an unique tropical condition, at an altitude of 3000 feet above sea level at Bangalore, the garden city of India. The whisky matures here by losing almost half its volume as The Angels share. This whisky enjoyed as aperitf and as digestive has mild cloudiness upon dilution, which is matured for all classic malts. Amrut presents this product as a humble tribute to the Indian Farmer, who has grown this grain with care and affection with which he has tilled the soil.
