Colour: Deep orange brown. Tasting notes, undiluted: Nose: Sherry wood, resinous, touch of green grass (leafy). Palate: Incredibly sweet, vanilla ice cream, followed by citrus fruits & spices (eucalyptus). With water: Nose: Sherry wood still prominent, hint of smoke (charred oak) and a slight chocolate note. Palate: Sweet, more spicy & aromatic rum & raisin ice cream, the sherry still surrounds the flavour. Body: Full, powerful & complex. Finish: Touch sherry with hint of smokiness. Cask Type: First Fill Sherry Butt. Style: Rich and flavoursome to be enjoyed after dinner, with or without water.
