Description: Colour: Yellow gold. Tasting notes, undiluted: Nose: Fruity apples and bananas. Sweet with aromatic aromas cedar wood. Palate: Sweet initially with malty, toasted flavours. Some smokiness together with a tannic fruitiness (apple skins). With water: Nose: Rich fruitiness. Hint of sweetness milk chocolate, roasted malt and hessian aromas. Palate: Smoky with floral and dry grass notes. Drying, peppery and spicy. Body: Medium best drunk neat. Finish: Dry slightly salty. Cask type: Refill Bourbon Barrels. Style: Aromatic and drying to be enjoyed with a meal.
