With water: Nose: Floral note more to the fore Edinburgh Rock. Ozone notes also present. Palate: Peaty with salty edge. Some floral flavours mix with the fruit elements. Body: Complex. Finish: Subtle fruitiness. Cask Type: Refill Sherry Butts. Whisky Style: Brora was famed for producing an Islay style of whisky. The whisky has a nice balance of Islay and Highland character.
