Description: Color: Light gold. Nose: The presence of cinnamon, vanilla and coconut are the result of 32 years maturing in re-fill sherry casks. These wood extracts combine beautifully with subtle lavender, a hint of the sea and delicate fruits to give a very complex whisky. Palate. Initially very oily, the taste soon mellows into rose petals and soft orchard fruits. Finish: The velvet sweetness of the palate lingers on in the finish.
