Description: On the Isle of Jura they are proud to produce one of the most accessible of the island malt whiskies. Designed to be more of a Highland dram, Isle of Jura whisky is lightly malted. The purity of its water, the lightly peated malt, the distillation process and the slow maturation all contribute to the smooth, mellow Isle of Jura Scotch whisky. A light golden colour, with a nose that is clean and fresh, with a hint of sea salt, almonds and spice notes are also present. Light peaty notes on the palate with fruit and spicy overtones.
