Tasting Notes: A soft and light style of blended whisky.
Method of Production: A blend of 40% of flavoursome malt whiskies and 60% of lighter grain whisky. Top malts used in the blend include Blair Athol, Oban, Inchgower, Caol Isla, Dufftown, Glenkinchie and Cameron Bridge to name just a few. Every whisky in the blend, both malt and grain, is aged for at least 8 years in barrel to make it rounded and smooth. The legal minimum age for Scotch whisky is 3 years, thus Bells is much smoother than many of its competitors.
