    Situated in Wick, the distillery overlooks the harbour, breathing in the strong sea air. maturation for at least 12 years has imparted a fresh, dry, faintly salty tang to the spicy malt.

    Tasting Notes: Citrus vibrancy on the palate. Herbaceous and floral, and an elegant, elusively sweet character dusted with sea salt.

    Method of Production: Matured in old sherry casks for at least 12 years.
