Tasting Notes: A highly aromatic nose, with butterscotch, peach, caramel, pine and heather notes is followed by a zesty palate with a delicately minty finish.
Method of Production: Lightly peated malt is mashed with water to produce a wort, which is then distilled twice. The whisky is then transferred to casks for a period of maturation prior to bottling.
