Tasting Notes: A lovely rounded fruity/floral malt with just a hint of peat.
Method of Production: Quite hard water from Tarlogie Springs is heated and washes the ground, malted barley producing wort. The wort is fermented to produce wash that is distilled twice in pot stills to produce the spirit. The stills are the tallest used in Scotch production giving a light, clean spirit which is filled out by ageing in ex-Bourbon casks.
