Description: This Single Malt has been created in a distillery situated in the heart of distilling country with a classic Speyside still design (short, onion shaped stills) that allow a sumptuous malty character to be captured in the spirit.
Tasting Notes: The golden, pale straw colour is typical of malt whisky that has been matured in bourbon casks of American oak. Sweet, fruity and floral, this medium bodied single malt is well rounded and balanced in flavour.
Method of Production: The spirit is distilled in a classis Speyside manner and then matured for 12 years in ex-bourbon American Oak casks, imbuing the whisky with characteristic notes of vanilla and spice.
