Tasting Notes: Cask 871, refill Bourbon, turned out 353 bottles of a rich and full flavored whisky, with a nutty, sherried nose and a drier smoky palate.
Production Notes: Distilled 22nd September 1993 and bottled 6th November 2006 without chill filtration or any additives.
