I really struggled with the first episode.

I found it too lightweight - all fluff and no real content. It feels more about Scotland than about Whisky per se and when they came to the Macallan it was just all a bit precious.

There's some amazing scenary in there though, can't help feel that it would have been better as a solo travelogue type thing.
