Here are my taste notes for Tullibardine 12 The Murray from the Marquess Collection from first fill ex-bourbon cask.

Color: Sunlight Gold

Nose: Apricots on steroids, rice pudding with a dash of nutmeg, kiwi slices and McIntosh apples.

Taste
: Smooth, full-bodied, apple compote, yams, cherries and spiced jelly.

Finish: Long, assorted spice, porridge ad freshly baked pastry.

Comments: This cask-strength whisky is superb in many ways and I couldn't bear to add any water to it.

Score: 92.5

.
