A friend I knew for 40 years, Douglas, passed away this Fall and I always took him out for Chinese food in Niagara Falls on Christmas Day as he had no family. This is the first occasion we've missed in decades due to his death. I ask if you would join me in a toast to Douglas, a great friend who left this earth too soon though he lived a rich life. Let me know what you're drinking in his honor.

Best wishes,
Murray

I have a triple line-up :

Glenfiddich 15 Distillery Edition
Johnnie Walker Green 15
Bowmore Devils Casks III Double the Devil.

Cheers

A wonderful gesture Murray. I’ll raise my glass of Port Charlotte to Douglas tonight, I’m sure your friend would also salute your excellent choice of drams. All the best to you today and I hope you can still enjoy the festivities.

I'll join you in your toast with a dram of the Boutiquey Whisky Company's 50yro blend. A dram also laced with decades of history (but no Chinese food). Cheers to Douglas!
