I have been given a collection of miniature single malt whiskies which were my late grandfathers. i have signatory vintage scotch whiskies in black boxes i also have signatory vintage in maroon coloured boxes and a set ofsignatory vintage wildlife ones in a box and a set of signatory vintage ones in a metal tin. I also have some gordon and mcphails miniatures in boxes. I also have a miniature macallan. i would list them all but there are quiet a few the dates are all different.
I also have 2 sets of silent stills wich each include a large bottle, a miniature and the cork from the cask they are in cases.
i need help and advise on where and how is best to sell these miniatures i want to try and stay away from auctions if at all possible...
Sounds like you have inherited quite a selection. If you can post a picture here, that would be excellent, then we can work out exactly what you have. Unfortunately auctions seem a bit of a minefield with miniatures.
Auctions are unpredictable regards miniatures and often collections or sets sell for much less than they should, ebay used to be the ideal platform to sell whisky miniatures but ebay no longer allows alcohol auctions.
You can see some examples of how some miniatures have done at auction here:
