Redbreast has added a new permanent addition to their range of whiskey, the new Redbreast Lustau Edition has just joined the Irish Single Pot Still line up.
Redbreast Lustau Edition has been finished in first-fill sherry butts that where seasoned with Oloroso sherry from the Bodegas Lustau in Jerez, Spain.

It does sound good, the price is a little steep though for a NAS but aren't they all now. |

I am drinking the Redbreast Lustau tonight, in fact I am getting through my first bottle rather quickly, it is as good as you said it would be William, cheers. |
