Our very own roving reporter Murray Cohen, aka Quaich1 has kindly submitted a review of "Pub Burgundy Lion" Montreal which boasts collection of almost 600 whiskies and some very good food.
You can read Murrays review of the Pub Burgundy Lion as well as his review of the whiskies he had the pleasure of while visiting the pub, see here:

Sounds like a great pub with a fantastic whisky selection. The Clan Denny Dumbarton sounds very good, out of interest what was the price for a dram in the pub. |

600 whiskies, that is a good selection for a pub. So what was the flight theme for Cardhu 12, Bowmore Darkest 15 and Laphroaig Quarter Cask? |

Hi Samson. The only thing that I could come up with here is that all 3 whiskies have a component of lemon to their profiles suggesting a theme of Citrus Expressions but I can't remember them saying anything in particular about this flight theme.

Great review Murray, just checked my Best Whisky Pubs of the World Guide which I got from the Whisky Magazine a few years ago and Pub Burgundy Lion isn't listed, looks like you have discovered a gem in Montreal. |

Murray I just spotted your review of the Burgundy Lion pub, we could do with more pubs like that around and the Highland Park 23 Douglas Laing OMC sounds like one I would like. |
