Thank you to everyone who has shown interest unfortunately it is clear now that the list is not done in a way that provides enough detail to appraise so I will leave it for now.
I have been looking through the list my friend gave me of his collection he wants to sell and this one seems to be a good one but I don't know anything about whisky. He is in Cyprus so has asked me to see if I can find anyone interested in any of his bottles. He has about 800 I think all together but the list I have from him has only 500 on it. I have asked him to translate the rest of them but haven't got it yet.
I would be happy to put the list on here if that is allowed although it would have to be photos as he hasn't sent me the file itself. |

My advise is go to an auction for whiskies such as this, that way with sales of bottles of such high value the buyer and seller get some protection, no offense but i doubt you would find a buyer on here that would take your word for it with whiskies of this value.
There are fakes around and historically the Macallan is a target of fakers so I would advise to get the best price, contact a auction house. |
