Yesterday Glengoyne launched a brand new 21 year whisky. Here are the tasting notes for it:

    Colour: Deep Copper

Nose: Red apples, toffee, sherry, spicy strudel.

Taste: Lots of Sherry, honey, oak with a developing aromatic sensation. Ends with a heavenly cinnamon nip.

Finish: Long, sherry, spicy, warm and dry..

Thanks once again to Alison Methven from Profile Plus for keeping us up to date with the news from Glengoyne
