Hi can someone please suggest a malt whisky I could give to my father as a gift for a special anniversary. I am not a whisky drinker myself but i was planning on buying something around £50. Hopefully I would be able to buy a decent malt for that price. I sneaked a look to see what he has at the moment and found a bottle of The Famous Grouse Gold Reserve, Highland Park 12years old and Macallan 10years old.

So something similar tasting to these whiskies would be ideal i would have thought. Thanks, Emily

Hi emily

I see your father already likes Highland Park 12 year old, so i would suggest the Highland Park 18 year old if you want something that is a bit more extra special.

You will find that The Whisky Exchange have a special offer on it at the moment, they have it for £45 so within your budget.

Let us know if he likes.

Thanks John

That sounds ideal, you have saved me a lot of looking around and worrying whether i had got a decent whisky.

Thanks again, Emily
