I wonder if you contacted the Bowmore online distillery shop and asked them nicely would they be able to arrange a bottle of each of the 3 new whiskies for you. |

John i will be in Glasgow airport Friday 24 Feb returning on Mon 27 Feb but i dont think they are not scheduled to be in the WOW shop until March.
I will be passing through Glasgow airport in March, not sure of the dates yet.
Not sure if World of Whiskies will be doing it this year but for the last couple of years they have had a "May Fest" promotion were they discount a lot of whiskies by up to 40%, so it might be worth waiting until May to see if they discount any of the new Bowmore bottings. I usually stock up on a few bottles during the promotion. And the promotion was exclusive to the World of Whiskies shops in Scotland only. _________________ There's no bad whisky. Yeh, not much to go around all the duty free shops when there are only 200 bottles. I will have a look for it next Friday and let you know if they have it yet but i wouldnt expect to see it until March, i shall ask the girls at WOW Glasgow if they expect to get some in and if so when.
Quote: | To support the new launches the distillery confirmed it will be partnering with key customers to launch innovative activation tools, which it says will "bring Islay alive and emphasise Bowmore's perfectly-balanced taste profile, giving consumers a taste of the magical island in the most unlikely of places " airports."
The new activation tools include sensory sampling units, large wall bays providing shelf stand out, and specially created sensory experiential activities within flagship airport terminals. |
Not sure if Glasgow is considered a flagship airport but it sounds like if they have it i certainly wont miss it. _________________ There's no bad whisky. Just good whisky and better whisky.

John i asked about the new Bowmore whiskies when passing through Glasgow airport on Friday, they checked there inventory for March and they are not listed although they said they could still possibly appear in March in Glasgow but unlikely as they are not listed. _________________ There's no bad whisky. Been in contact with WOW buyers and they say more than likely end of April before they receive it so more than likely be early May before its in shops
Aww well more time to save up for it |

As desperate as me John. I'm flying out of UK in July expect it to be well gone by then, but I'll try and see if I can get any.
Do we know if it's UK only airports or global?
