That’s a nice little selection there. I recently enjoyed the Benromach (although if you ever get a chance and like a sassicaia finish try the English WC chapter 13).

Let me know how the glengoyne and Bruichladdich go as both are on my hit list.

Cheers

Yeah liking the Benromach better as the bottle is going down. I think I thought the finish would be a big smack in the face but its quite subdued. Took me a bit to get it I think. What did you think?

The bruichladdich is one for the Father in Law as its his club and he was the one behind my first 'see the light ' dram. Will let you know when he does, he will!

This was supposed to be my first foray into whisky auctions but the dangerous place saw me come away with 3 botlles instead of just the one! Brilliant fun.. going to have to be disciplined though..

Oh and Glengoyne 15, all drunk as a quaffer. Quite nice but just ok for me.

"Hibiki 21" and "William Larue Weller 2017 (BTAC)"

I know zilch about the latter. It was offered too me by a trusted retailer as a bonus 'mystery' bottling.
